"Running away may be the only way for me to get a sliver of freedom. "

Freedom. It was her wish. Her legacy that was carried on from the person that she cared for. A simple word as that can be a burden for her. And the burden increases when she meets a group of short, bulky men? Not only them, people with pointy ears too? Wasn't her life a burden enough ? She was just an ordinary human.

Disclaimer : All characters belong to J.R.R Tolkein and Peter Jackson. I only own my OCs.

Shit. Shit. SHIT. >> Faster, Diana.<<, Ariana screamed out of breath. Under the loud thunder of hooves I nearly couldn't hear anything she was saying. >> Arslan is gonna give out if he has to go on like this.<<, I shouted back. I need a plan. Right now. The Orc lands. Determinded I gave a quick pull on the harness and Arslan took a quick turn to the right. Every other horse would have stumbled at this sharp half turn. With incredible speed he headed right to the forbidden forrest, the border that was established by mankind and the orcs as a sign of goodwill. Wouldn't I be so out of breath I would scoff at the thought. Ariana tried to understand where I was suddenly heading. She franticly moved her head then she fixated on my head, she tried following the gaze or better said the slit of my helmet. >>Diana! Please tell me that you are joking!<<, she shrieked as she finally realised which way I was riding. >>No, I am not. And stop calling me, Diana. I am sorry, but you have to be me for a little more. << She understood. I didn't need to explain any further, we just had to play the roles we were giving by fate a little longer and we could be us. Finally I could be the me I chose to be. We could live on a little farm as sisters. >> Aries!<<, Ariana shouted in acknowledgement. >>I hope you know what you are doing.<< I didn't answer. I hoped so. *** U'kurr, leader of Orcs, King of the mountains, Warrior of the first blood. That's what his followers call him. Under him all tribes were united and a fragile peace treaty with the humans was signed. All he needed now was a willing female, to bear his sons to make his life complete. And as if the gods heard his secret plea, a beautiful little human female came stumbling in his fortress in need of his help. But she seems very attached to her human male protector and wierdly enough U'kurr seems to get attached to him more and more as well. *** English isn't my first language. *** Updates when my head allows me to

"What do you think of Alexandra?" Dumbledore asked me. I thought about the question for a few seconds, what did I think of her? She seemed dangerous. At the same time though she also seemed like she was in pain. Something about her screamed at everyone to stay away. Yet something else was begging people for help. It was like something was pushing people away from her. At the same time though something was pulling others closer. "I don't know, sir. She seems confusing," I admitted. When I bumped into her at the bookstore I knew that I'd see her again. I just didn't know when or where. She had puzzled me then and she still puzzled me. "I must ask you to stay away from her. She's a very dangerous person who I believe can't be trusted at all. She belongs to our world but also another. We both had no claims on her until she was 13, it is important that she is trained of our ways. Stay away though, she is quite powerful and can hurt you easily, even by accident. We already have a big enough problem with Black on the lose. You can go back now, just stay away from her at all costs," he warned me. I saw something in his eyes that I'd never seen before, fear. Alexandra's life of tragedy had been turned around when she receives a letter from a new school. When she agreed to go she didn't realize what she was agreeing to. She planned to go only so she would find it easier to defend herself from the dangers of the streets. Soon she must push the ones she's started to care about away for their own safety. The only thing she hopes for is the chance to figure out her messed up life before it's too late. AN This is a cross over. It is Harry's third year. I've changed it so that the story takes place in our time rather than the 1990's. I do not own Percy Jackson, Harry Potter or Kane Chronicles. I only own Alexandra Evans, Violet Evans and the story line and ideas. The sequel, Lost Time, is up.
