These are just short stories I write for my English class, enjoy.
The directions for the assignment is simple: we're given a vocab word and a simple, everyday action - crossing the street, walking a dog, buying shoes. Write a story no shorter than half a page. The action, or prompt, must be mentioned at some point in the story - it can be any point at all, as long as it's in there somewhere. It doesn't have to revolve around that action, but it must happen at some point. The vocab word, however, must be saved until about 3/4ths of the way through the paragraph, the last few sentences or so. No earlier. The vocab word must also be blanked out, but what's the uses of doing that here, am I right?
