Bell B. Roger is the daughter of Gold D. Roger who escapes the prison Impel down in a matter of two hours escaping her execution. Using her chi chi fruit powers she can take and use the blood of others to her advantage. Soon after her escape she is found by a crew known as the Straw Hat Pirates. Almost killing the captain Luffy the crew takes her and gets her so close to death she uses her own blood to help Luffy he instantly asks her to join before she passes out.
