Never Harm A Human

Kira is the last of her people, the Air Elementals. Her mother who had trained Kira to use her powers is long since died, protecting the cause that ended the civil war 75 years ago. Even if her father is human, her hybrid state has given her unusually strong control over the air as well as the others. She doesn't have any obvious characteristics of her supernatural powers, so she lives poorly among the humans with her father. But all of that changes when she beats up her kindergarten classmate, Derek Alvarez, the prince of the Fire Province.
