In this world, things are different. Very, very, different.
Harry Potter is still the Boy Who Lived. That can't change. But he had a twin brother, named Charles, or Charlie for short. When he-who-must-not-be-named came to attack the twins, he sent a curse at Charlie, one that sapped his magical core and left him with a strange lighting shaped mark on his forehead, near identical to the one left on Harry's. Dumbledore assumed that Charlie was the boy-who-lived, and convinced James and Lily to transfer Harry's magical powers into Charles, because one day HE would return and Charles would have to face him.
If only he knew how big his mistake was.
Now Harry is stuck in his brothers shadow and can't escape. But when he receives his letter to attend Hogwarts and a certain bushy-haired brown eyed girl befriends him, he learns that he has magical powers others can't even fathom.
His time is coming, and this time Voldemort won't know what hit him.
