Midnight Cries- Flaring Hearts

The magic was already there but many didn't know. They just kept on living their boring human lives, completely oblivious to the threats that dwelt amongst them; the wars that were waged right beneath their noses. But some people are more intimate with danger than others. These terrors do exist throughout the day, but when the sun goes down, when our melatonin is on the rise, and our bodies are giving up on themselves, that's when their activity peaks; it's when the horrors start. That's when we hear- the MIDNIGHT CRIES.
