Hybrid (On Hold)

In a world left barren by a bloody war against radioactive aliens, the human race thought they would finally have the peace they worked so hard to obtain. Little did they know, though, that the unique form of radiation emitted by the aliens when they die, the same radiation that turned the face of the Earth into a wasteland and yet seemed to be harmless to every other sort of life, had in fact infected unborn babies, causing them to be born with some of the monstrous features of the aliens. Hybrids.

Now, years later, a young Hybrid named Cindi walks the harsh path that is her birthright. Life on the inhospitable surface is tough, and only those who are equally resilient will survive. This is made even more difficult by the launch of the Hybrid Extermination Initiative, which throws armed men bent on bringing the destruction of the Hybrid race into the challenge of life.

As the struggle of stay alive becomes increasingly difficult, though, Cindi stumbles upon a human boy who could hold the key to the survival of her kind...
