Evening of the Rose

In that moment the emotions were too much, too many. So I kissed her. As I did so I felt everything I was hiding come up inside me. It was almost perfect, it wasn't just yet perfect because she had just broken up with my friend and I still had a girlfriend. As the kiss grew on longer I wondered why she was okay with this, was I just her backlash from Miles? Was it just a really good kiss? Or had she liked me all along?
