Tamera Winterlock and Austin Green have fallen in love and gotten married, expanded their territories to the largest in North America, and had kids - lots of them. They have been happy, beyond happy even. At least, as far as Austin can tell. For years they've lived in peace, no longer aging, raising their kids, and trying to avoid the prophecy that Tammy is destined to fulfill.
When bits of that same prophecy begin to come true, they try to prepare for the dangers ahead. But the aftershocks come faster than they had anticipated, leaving Tammy unable to do anything but sit and wait while Austin tries to reverse the curse and keep her alive.
