Citrianne Denrir has lived in the Basiliral her whole life. Her aunt Evian, apart of the Basilicral Council, is trying her best to raise Citrianne into becoming a council member too. But after a trip to Asia, a strange occurence with the mermaids leaves Citrianne with a strange key.
