Divergent and Hunger Games fans- this book is for you!
Dystopian and dramatic.
Female hero.
Romance but the story doesn't revolve completely around love.
Victoria thinks she's an average sixteen year old girl living in Springtopia, one of the four sections in Tansia, formerly know as North America. There are four sections, Artica, Springtopia, Summerian and Autumnala. They are climate controlled areas that each have a different lifestyle than the others. From the ages thirteen until they are sixteen, each child completes a series of tests that will tell them which section and job they are fit for. But when Victoria gets her results, she is told she has options not many people get.
Ever since her father walked out when she was nine, Victoria has had to work to help her mother. She wants to help her mother, but also wants to see the other sections. She wants to know what happened to her father, and why he left. She wants to know what's so special about the necklace she wears under her shirt, the one her father instructed never to take off and never to show anyone. So when she gets the chance to explore a part of Tansia hidden from the sections, she jumps at the chance, hoping to find out the truth about her necklace and her father. With the help of her new friend Zarah and a mysterious boy who knows more about her than she thinks, Victoria takes on a new identity to reveal her real past, and maybe save the only world she's ever known from its history.
This story is written in my notebook and will take a while to type/edit so be patient my grasshoppers. This story is sort of based of Tris/Divergent and Katniss/The Hunger Games so.... yeah. I know it's similar, I was inspired by them! Also from America/The Selection.
