Thomas nodded, turning towards the door. "Goodbye, Alexander." I stared at his back, now letting the tears stream freely down my face. I wasn't going to say goodbye. I couldn't, because that would mean I had accepted letting him go...and I hadn't. He sighed and opened the door, walking out. Before the door completely shut though, he turned to me, but only for half a second. "I'm sorry." He whispered. The door clicked close and I squeezed my eyes shut, allowing a small sob to escape my lips. "I am too..." Everything we had done together, everything we had been through.... how did I end up here?
