Charlotte is just like any other a 16 year old girl. Except the fact that she recently lost her parents in an accident. Her older sister Ame takes her to live on the outskirts of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania with her and her boyfriend. Living everyday with anxiety of her past and future, Charlotte, a quiet girl finds an unexpected friendship in a troubled boy. Samson, the towns known "bad boy" begins to notice Charlotte. Despite the fact Ame does not exactly approve of their friendship, Charlotte discovers there is more to this boy than what everyone thinks. Uncovering each other's past and deciding their future, the two gain an inseparable bond and learn that they have so much more in common than they could've thought. Could this friendship become something more? Or is it destined to fail?
