Megan gets in a car accident and wakes up in a hospital 3 weeks later. A plague has gone around leaving town's streets full of dead corpse, and humans are rare. Megan meets a cute guy that she starts to fall for, but they must also keep themselves alive with the inadequate amount of food and supplies. Will they make it along in the new empty world, and will they share their love for each other?
