If we had to pick where to start the story, it would start with Abigail Bell. We're not going to lie and say there was always something "special" about her ever since she was little. She was just like every other fourteen year old. She wasn't extraordinarily pretty or popular, or talented or anything. In fact she was so incredibly ordinary, she was the last person you'd expect anything weird to happen to. But we guess she got lucky in her freshman year of high school (or unlucky, depending on how you looked at it).

In a universe divided, there were two distinct worlds, each unaware of the other's existence for centuries. One was the Human Territory-a world of cities, technology, and the mundane realities of everyday life. The other was the realm of the Creatures, a magical world inhabited by beings beyond human imagination. That is, until one fateful day, when a group of friends stumbled upon a hidden portal deep within the wilderness on a camping trip-a portal that was rumored to lead to the Mystic Forest. They were all from the Human Territory, living ordinary lives until curiosity and chance led them to the heart of the legend. The group consisted of five friends: Amelia, the adventurous and strong-willed one who had always been fascinated by myths and legends; Alex, her childhood friend, loyal and protective, but ever the skeptic; Gabby, the bold and outgoing one with a passion for mystery and exploration; Lucas, the quiet and thoughtful one, who was fascinated by the unknown; and Sophia, the analytical one who needed proof for everything.Terminé
