The Orphaned

"No one suspects children." Since the Cold War children have been used by the U.S. and Russian governments to commit acts of war. Assassinations, coups, etc... Filled with nanotech to improve their skills these "orphans" do their duty as expendable pawns. But Susanna is different. Considered a defect but she is fought for by her "father" to continue to be an operative.
Now there is a new threat to America, a series of unique bombings that only the "Orphans" can manage, while old foes may be raising their heads.

This is a very rough draft of a story that's kinda...moved down the list of importance. But I love the characters and world, and wanted them to continue to breathe. So depending on this does here I may jump back in to finish the work at some point.
