Her grades at school was great and she had a loving family, but when her mother died things changed. Her Farther turned out to be a dead beat dad and with no brothers and sisters she had to handle and do everything on her own and that was just the beginning. Everything changed when she was just heading home bringing beer back to her dad . She found out things which were not meant like vampires. Being kidnapped by a vampire was not what Claire was excepting but he had to keep his secret and so did she. Some things are meant to be kept a secret.

A 16 year old girl feels different and she Knows she doesn't fit in She has a crazy dream and try's to figure Out why she had that dream and She will find out what she really is but a boy will help her and may fall in love but there is still love and adventure to come

So, vampires aren't hot and romantic like I thought. Ray brutally turned me and to his disappointment, he now has to keep me as a responsibility. Lacey and Ray are vampires living a fairly normal life other than being vampires, of course. But someone somewhere starts something called The Bat Fights, making money off of throwing vampires in a pit together. Things are going to get intense.
