This story plays somewhere between Thor 2 and The Winter Soldier on the one side and AoU on the other side (in A. o. S. it's somewhen in the third season ( didn't even watch it myself ;)...))
It is a crossover between The Avengers and the Transformers. To make it, I took the first Transformers movie and integrated the Avengers Characters.
