n 1942 Nazi Germany, people are poor, depressed, and hiding from SS officers that roamed the streets. Everyday in the town of Eltville, they're out on the hunt for people who are deemed unclean, unfit, and unwell. One day whilst walking through the cold dreary streets, Nazi Officers Schäfer and Kraus, find a mentally disturbed man roaming the streets(Till Lindemann). He's walking around wearing only torn trousers, whilst looking around disoriented and sucking on his thumb like a child.
