Ophelia Tyler is the girl with it all together. She has the grades, the good looks, and the guy. Her life is in perfect order.

Except that she's a zombie.

When her boyfriend cheats on her, Ophie's disease, a thing called the Rash, takes over, and soon she and her family has to get away quick. They move to a small town in Wyoming, where no one from their old life knows they are. Now Ophie is the quiet, reserved passerby at Wyoming State who is at least cordial. She has a limited friends list and an even more limited life.

That is, of course, until she meets Apple and her rapscallion group of outcasts.

One of those friends is Tuck Fetters, a cute boy with a charming disposition that Ophie can't seem to get enough of. Apple and Tuck, along with their friends, are going to unleash the wilder side of Ophie, and show Ophelia Tyler the kind of life she never imagined she could have.

Even if she is undead.
