Clumsy, curious, determined and blabber-mouthed Pippa Willows has all the makings of a stereotypical damsel in distress. Up until now, she's gone out of her way to make sure she doesn't end up as the next Lois Lane, but it seems the town's resident super hero; gruff, mysterious and secretive Rogue, has other ideas. When Pippa accidentally lands herself a job as a field reporter, Rogue finds himself having to save her time and time again; but when a new enemy makes himself known and heroes and villains are forced to work together, he realizes that if he wants to save the world, he's going to need Pippa's help. And she's less than eager for that to happen.
