Jay hasn't been back to Sliverview City in months, due to his new raise in the Assassin Compound in the US, becoming Leader.

This is just a one shot chapter story. Something simple and small (not really lol). There is a whole story to these characters, although I'm lazy to write it all down. However if you guys really want a full background on them, I might just do it.

The back stories and background of these characters are all inspired my the TV show, Arrow. However there are changes to them, you'll just have to see.

Just a collection of Jaya stories created by yours truly. This is my very first time, so no judging please. I'll shamelessly pour my heart out through these characters. I do write in canon, most of the time. This will be a mixture of fluff and angst because everybody needs a little of both. Kennedy is assigning him to go their and see what is going on in Central City and fix the problem. The Flash and Arrow are trying to catch Rainbow Raider before he hurts more people in Central City.
