Spencer has always been different.

He makes art out of everyday and not-so-everyday objects, thinks cooking Spaghetti tacos for special occasions is appropriate, and talks to himself whenever it suits him. He's naturally inclined to be silly and Freddie, Sam and his sister Carly think that's his best trait.

Most people are charmed by him except his new neighbor, who's under the impression he's a jerk.

He wants to clear things up between them, but that's a little hard considering she's avoiding him.

When she pays an unexpected visit things go better than either of them would have guessed,

and they begin a promising relationship that leads to some interesting, and overdue moments.
