Matthew and Samuel Holt, two of the best detectives in the city have gone missing and after a year of pursuit the case is determined to be cold.
Unwilling to give up Katie Holt goes undercover to uncover the truth. Along with a few cops, an old friend, and a rouge agent she may get into the case faster than she expected, the only problem is it's far bigger than anyone could imagine.

Shipping of Shidge & Klance Pidge, a 19 year old teenager, takes over her mother's flower shop business due to her mother not being able to control her grief over her lost older son and husband. Abducted (Shidge/Mallura AU)
(AU where instead of Matt and Samuel Holt, it was Katie and her mother who went with Shiro for the kerberos mission.) They were rotting away in a cell. Katie could hear every sound as fear rushed over her when she'd awoken. Shiro had been kind to her and her mother during the mission and that didn't change as they were locked away. They were fine as long as they were together, helping one another and the other prisoners, but then Katie's mother is taken from the cell, leaving Katie with the fear of losing Shiro and being alone.
