Unfortunately the BBC have shown us that Flambeau did survive in the last episode. *spoilers* if you didn't know. 

But what would happen if he did survive?

Toothless and I return to Kembleford, for another week. Flambeau sees Toothless and decides to himself, that Toothless will look good in his collection.
