Prologue:
Everything about him made me on edge, he frightened me and angered me all at the same time. But, even with all of those feelings, I always have this feeling of security, like when I'm with him I'm safe, like no one can hurt me.
He inched closer and laid both of his hands on my hips pulling me closer to him, barely any space between our heated bodies.
My hart fluttered in my chest as he moved his face to my neck nipping his way up. He stopped once he got directly to my ear. I could smell the intoxicating smell of his cologne.
His hot breath hit my ear as he whispered,
"Are you afraid?"
