Love and family - the constants in our lives, each has its own weight.

Our dilemma? The hierarchy. Which one is above or below the other? Do we choose love over family or do we stop following the path where our hearts take us to protect the people who will stick with us no matter what? How do we get over the choices we make and their consequences? How do we fight for things that are rightfully ours? How do we claim the love that we so deserve?

In a perfect world, we want things to work out - love, family, friendship, dreams, ambitions - without conflict. In the real world though, things do not always turn out the way we want or expect them to. At one time or another there will be stumbling blocks, crossroads and even darkness. But it is the real world that is ours to conquer. It is a battleground we need to be prepared for. We may not always win, but we must always fight so that in the end, there'll be no regrets told.

El is imprisoned by the fear of hurting her father. She cannot break her father's heart - not after losing her mother - his biggest loss. Then she meets Lucas by accident and her feelings start to betray her determination. How will she deal with her reality?

Lucas has always been so sure of himself, of his feelings. Meeting El is the most beautiful thing that has happened to him in a long time. When he starts falling for her, he also starts to struggle in silence. He masks his pain by giving El every ounce of love he can give. He does not want to hurt her, not one bit. But for how long can he keep his secret? Will he even be able to look at El when she finds out?
