Ten years ago  barbarians invaded  Versada, the capital city of Aldimere and killed the royal family. Adira, however was able to escape the siege and take refuge with a family in the neighboring kingdom of Merriwyn. Now Adira lives the life of a palace maid with her new family and new name. And now that she has come of age she is ready to return to Versada and take back what is rightfully hers. She must be careful and make no mistakes, as she is counting on the element of surprise to gain back her kingdom.
