This is a journal that i have been keeping with me for a while. I'm putting it here so that anyone who feels the way i do will understand that someone is here to help you. If you relate to anything I've written feel free to ask questions. I'm here for anyone that needs it.

how am i? (1)
This is a daily updated journal/diary thing that started in January of 2018 and has not ended yet. There will be a part two to this book, because I've found writing in this book so relaxing and helpful when it comes to my mental health. • • • Sometimes I feel trapped. Like I can't tell people how I truly feel because they won't understand. This book is more for me than it is anyone else. I hope you get enjoyment out of it, but honestly, it's an outlet for me to express myself. I'm done keeping my emotions trapped inside myself. I'm truly done with that. If you want to read my emotions and my day to day life, go ahead. If your easily offended by my opinions I would suggest not reading this, because it's practically made for my opinions to be shared. If you hate me, read at your own risk, because this is me being my true self. Some things might not be good to read for those who are struggling with mental illnesses because I do describe my own experience with mental illness and describe horrible thoughts, so it might trigger you. Anxiety
Anxiety is not a joke. This is based on Anxiety, some poems and what not. So, enjoy. Some of these aren't mine, the owners get the credit. After Senior Year.
June 30th, 2014. My life has always been a mess. From bullies constantly pushing me to the ground to my family pulling me in so many directions I begin to fall apart. This isn't just about all the terrible things I've dealt with, but also the amazing times I've had. Late nights out with my friends and great laughs reading my favorite books past sunrise. This is my life journal after I graduated. It's filled with some normal and not so normal everyday struggles. If your life isn't story worthy are you sure you're living it right?Terminé
inside my head
This is a journal of things that I think everyday and what I struggle through with my paranoia and panic disorders. Its not really a happy made up story but more of a way for me to handle it.
