When Jane Russ discovers that her daughter, Grace, has only a month to live due to her long fight with cancer, Jane is going to do all she can to make her daughters last wish come true.

Jessica is a young woman who is soon to be married and is about to open a summer camp at her horse ranch in Wyoming. Once she receives a call from a women named Jane with a daughter that was  given a month to live, Jessica jumps at the chance to give this little girl the experience of living and working on a horse ranch. These unlikely strangers become close through their journey together with tears, laughs, and a realization that life is short, so make the most out of it.

Lily knows that Tami's one wish is to see the rodeo cowboy again from so many years ago. Lily also knows that Tami is desperately in love with him. What she doesn't know is that the cowboy her sister loves is the man that has been searching for Lily his whole life. Only one question remains.
