Needing a change in her life, 17-year-old Willow Mae struggles to overcome the negative changes from her past. Desperate, she plans a solution: staging her death. 

Now living across the country as Karson Knowles, she comes back to visit her hometown realizing things aren't the same. Through the perspective of Karson, her old habits slowly appear as her lies and guilt catches up. 

A/N: the first couple chapters are building up onto the actual "death" of Willow :)
