A 13 year old boy by the name of Tenji Hadashi who can manipulate the energy in his body to get powers decides to be the one to protect his town from a large assassin group known as the Hell Hounds,his reason for doing so is because in his past his rich father was fatally killed by the leader of this group so that they could gain money from his father. Will Tenji succeed in protecting his town or will he meet the same faith as his father?
