This was a creative writing assignment for Year 11 English Literature. We basically had to write a less than 900 word alternate ending to the novel 'Great Expectations' by Charles Dickens. Thought a few of you might be interested enough to read it. Appropriate music for the intended mood would be 'Because You Were There' by Soren Sabet Sarvestany (it's what I had playing constantly while writing...)
