Annabelle Cason has everything a teenage girl could ever want or need. She has the clothes, the house, the car, and the money. What does she want? Out. She's tired of being a model for her clothes designing mother. She's tired of being daddy's perfect little girl that has perfect grades. She feels like it's a never ending cycle. She decides to start living for herself instead of wasting her life away on everyone else. Somewhere down the line, she runs into new problems and a certain new boy, Kale Daniels. Kale Daniels doesn't have the perfect life, but it's good enough for him. He has a nice family, a great football career in the making, and his life is exactly where he wants it to be. But what happens when he comes across an innocent, lost teenager trying to become a rebel. He can't let her do it alone. Especially since he's a pro at it himself. It might cost him more then he thought, though. Maybe even his heart.

Ever since Sadie was a child, she's wanted to be a dancer. It's too bad that almost everyone in her dance class at school can't dance, and it doesn't help that her enemy since preschool is in the class with her, and he can dance almost better than she can. To make things worse, her new English teacher just so happens to be Ethan Deveraux, someone who had tortured her all throughout their childhood until he left for college. Things seem to pick right back up from where they left off nearly six years before until both of them realize how much the other has changed. They're no longer children, and the two of them are about to find out what that really means.
