Una storia di mobbing mascherato dietro la vanità di un boss fanatico del lavoro, immerso in un'insolenza senza limiti. Si contrappone un'anima giovane e sognante, Martina, capace  di accettare il carattere prepotente del capo, inviso anche dai colleghi, in cambio di un lavoro sottopagato che le possa permettere un'autonomia e una giusta riconoscenza per gli anni di studio all'università. Ma l'ennesima canzonatura pubblica del boss fa tracimare il vaso della sua pazienza. "Ora basta.
