For the sister and brother, Scarlet and Gabe, the fall of humanity was a long one. They had to leave behind all they knew and all they loved in hopes of survival, only having each other to cling to in this dark new world full of "dead things". But in hopes of maybe finding somewhere to restart society, somewhere where they can be human, will they have to loose their humanity just like the monsters they fight so hard to kill, just to survive?

Some mistakes weren't well observed as not everyone was gifted with good observation and understanding skills. Due to that, some man was blind by revenge. Hatred and revenge burnt in their heart and soul forgetting that the law is still being upheld. Letters and notes were old ways to express someone's feelings. With the new technology, many had decided to move on, using e-mails and social media to express what they feel. Having a note in a home compound might be exciting for anyone but not Addison Lore. Those notes were sent to her without fail for fourteen continuous days. Even a red ruby ring. Will she be able to escape the fate she was about to face?
