Victoria de Belleville was a woman of virtue. She was beautiful and enticing, kind and tender, joyous and lighthearted. Society deemed her as a rare creature, a fantasy that had slipped into the realm of reality. She and her family were held in the highest honor and no one complained about the arrangement despite their status as nobility. She was a delicate flower, but like all captivating plants, she was uprooted in the most violent way by an atrocious group of people: pirates.
