Ever feel like someone was staring at you across the distance. Yes? Pretty much everyone has if you haven't been able to tell from one point or another. You probably felt like those people are staring at you because of your new Fall Out Boy wrist band or because of your new Melanie Martinez sweatshirt. Yeah well I felt like that all the time, scratch that I feel like that all the time. I know it wasn't because of my new clothes or glasses it was because kids are gruesome. They judge you, they copy you, they tell you what to do, and then they control you.
Eventually after they were done staring at you they look away they get back to their school work because they look for a minute, and then they'd used to it. Strange enough the only difference for me was those people just wouldn't look away.

my name is Alexis... Alexis Ryan. people just call me Alex. I was kidnapped at the age of 5. when I turn 18 they are suppose to do something to me... but I don't know what. they wont tell me until then. I just hope its not killing me. Hi guys I'm Kayley and im 14 years old. I go to middle school and im basically one of those normal people but kind of nerd as well. I only use glasses when I had to read from far. I decided to walk over to my best friend's house, and once I got closer her driveway, I could see the door was left ajar. Rita probably left it open for me, I thought, while shaking my head disapprovingly. Then as I entered the door, my mouth open to announce my presence, I was hit by an odor indescribable, but deep down I knew what it was. Anyone could definitely recognize the smell. At first I hesitated with my food hovering over the the threshold. Then I took a deep breath and swallowed it; finally I walked forward as cold fear chilled my heart and the contents of my stomach rose to my throat... We held our breath as we heard footsteps enter the dark room. My heart raced and I covered my mouth to keep from screaming as tears ran down my cheeks. Caleb sat next to me, with obvious fear in his eyes. I knew that the desk couldn't hide us for much longer and that's what scared me the most. The footsteps came closer and they grew louder by the second. I held my breath once I heard the man's footsteps stop. Caleb and I exchanged looks as we sat frozen under the desk. --Re-written-- When I was 8 we were playing hide and seek in the little park surrounded by bush down the street from my house. It was a large group of us. It was always fun down at the park, since our parents never really came and checked on us. Being twins, Taylor and myself had a bigger amount of freedom then the other kids in our grade, so all the parents trusted at if the Norm Twins were going to be somewhere, their kids would be safe, even though we were young. I loved counting. The suspense. So I was counting. We counted to 90 so everyone could get the optimal spots in the park. The deal was that we never went too far into the bush. The boulder was our guide. I counted to 90, like normal, and then started looking. There were always specific spots that people hid in, so they were my first points to check. Oddly, no one was in any of them. But to my 8 year old self that made the whole thing better. I started looking hard. But didn't find anyone. I started to call out, starting to get worried. Under The Bed
As a child you always fear the monster under your bed or in your closet. Maybe you watched a scary movie or were told a horror story to make you believe something was under there. You jump onto your bed and jerk your limbs away from the edge or always shut your closet door. Then you hide under the covers in hopes that they don't get to you. As you grow older you realize the invisible monster under your bed is just that, invisible. Its not that they don't exist, it's just that you don't see them. You write off the bumps in the night as the wind or shifting floorboards but they're lies. Little white lies you tell yourself so you can sleep at night. Well I'm here to tell you that whatever is causing those bumps is very real. In my case, the source doesn't hide in my closet but rather under my bed. And he's determined to drag me right there with him. Can you be friends with the monster under your bed? ** "Ask me Aria," he rasped. His voice dripped with temptation that would make the devil jealous. His lips were brushing against mine as we leaned into each other. I felt like I was drowning in his presence.
