When these vaults finally their inhabitants set out across ruins of the old world to build new societies, establish new villages, forming tribes. As decades passed, what had been the American Southwest united beneath the flag of the New California Republic, dedicated to old-world values of democracy and the rule of law. As the Republic grew, so did its needs. Scouts spread east, seeking territory and wealth, in the dry and merciless expanse of the Mojave Desert. They returned with tales of a city untouched by the warheads that had scorched the rest of the world. And a great wall spanning the Colorado River. The NCR mobilized its army and sent it east to occupy the Hoover Dam and restore it to working condition. But across the Colorado, another society had arisen under a different flag. A vast army of slaves, forged from the conquest of 86 tribes: Caesar's Legion. Four years have passed since the Republic held the Dam - just barely - against the Legion's onslaught. The Legion did not retreat. Across the river, it gathers strength. Campfires burned, and training drums beat. Through it all, the New Vegas Strip has stayed open for business under the control of its mysterious overseer, Mr. House, and his army of rehabilitated Tribals and police robots. While all this was going on two people lived their lives. Loona, a hellhound and slave of Vulpes Inculta dragged to Nipton as her master made plans to destroy to town. And a courier working for the Mojave Express, who had been selected to deliver the Platinum Chip only to be caught by a man named Benny and left for dead in the Goodsprings Cemetery. Little did anyone know, but these two unassuming people would come together and be to ones to change to fate of the entire Mojave Wasteland... I do not own Helluva boss of Fallout New Vegas.

In the aftermath of a devastating nuclear attack triggered by a reformed terrorist organization known as Foxinin, World War III has reduced America to a frozen, desolate wasteland. The surviving remnants of humanity are forced to seek shelter in underground fallout stations called Caplin, hidden beneath the icy terrain. The story follows a group of diverse individuals who reside in Caplin-17, one of the largest fallout stations in the region. They struggle to survive the harsh conditions while battling not only the extreme weather but also the menacing creatures that roam the surface above. These monsters, mutated by the radiation and transformed into terrifying beasts, pose a constant threat to those seeking to explore or scavenge resources. Amidst the daily struggles for survival, tensions rise within the community, as limited resources and isolation begin to take their toll. The protagonist, a resourceful and determined survivor, emerges as a beacon of hope for their fellow inhabitants. With a deep desire to venture beyond the confines of the underground sanctuary, they assemble a team of skilled individuals to brave the treacherous snowy landscape and unravel the mysteries that lie in the ruins of the once-great nation. As they journey through the remnants of cities and encounter the remnants of civilization, the group unearths unsettling truths about the origins of Foxinin and the catastrophic events that led to WWIII. Their mission becomes not only about survival but also about seeking justice and reclaiming humanity's place in this frozen world. "Frozen Refuge" is a thrilling tale of resilience, camaraderie, and the indomitable human spirit, as survivors navigate a treacherous post-apocalyptic world where hope remains the ultimate weapon against despair.
