The phrase mans best friend pertains to a simple connection between a human and an animal. In my case. My dog Duke. A silly, smart, fun, crazy, annoying at times puppy whom I raised from ten weeks old to just before his first birthday. He was recently hit by a car and unfortinatly did not survive the ordeal. this story reveals the relationship between a young girl and her puppy that ment the world to her.
