Alice and her three friends, have finally managed to find enough money to travel to Rome, Italy. Hoping that a break from: men, work and a recent painful break up for one of the girls.
But in life, nothing is ever so simple as that.
One minute they are treating themselves to a small glass of wine, when there plane literally falls from the sky. Thinking that they sort lives and that of the pilot and crew, would be no more. Fate gives them a strange, but intriguing second chance of life and happiness.

To protect their world from the 'monsters', at the beginning of each winter, before the snow touches the ground. They send couple of women, to the legendary 'Fire Wall'. Manned by the same so called 'monsters', that they guard and protect the humans from.
What they do with the girls, no one knows. But what they do know is that no one comes out of the keep.
So when Alice and her friends, wake up in the middle of a crowded hall, that looks like it came out from a Medieval history book. And finding out that shifters do exist, also that the creator and second in command/Watcher and owner of the legendary 'Fire Wall', are both her mates.
Her and her friends lives will never be the same again.
Through twists and turns, they will face: death, love, sacrifice and face there true fate with a heavy heart.
Second chances and the fate of there world and universe is in the palm of there hand. It is official these girls will have an interesting ride.
