I never expected to be so blessed during one away-game. Sure, us winning the championship wasn't anything new, but the girl I'd be getting, or meeting on the same day was way too unpredictable.

"Sorry," I say to the girl I bumped into in the hallway leading back to the gym. The guys were still back at the locker room and I was the first to finish. Those girls.

"No problem," she answered with a sweet smile. 

Just as my eyes met her green orbs, I was lost. It was like I got sucked in a inter-dimensional universe where there was nothing but me and her. She was wearing a maroon varsity jacket, informing me that she was in fact from our school's rival, Eastwood High, with her red-brown hair in a high ponytail. Beneath her jacket was the same attire our volleyball players in school has. Volleyball, huh?

The girl's smile quickly turned into an attractive smirk before saying, "Easy there basketball captain, I might think you bumped into me on purpose."

She left, heading towards the gymnasium, leaving me there to sight at her retreating figure.

Maybe I believe the universe and destiny is by my side, maybe at times at don't. But right at the moment the same girl walked in the same classroom I'm in, I knew perfectly that even Cupid was on my side in this one.All Rights Reserved

"Hey! She already said she was sorry. What more do you want?!" I screamed loudly in his face. His face turned from angry to shocked. No one had ever yelled at him that way at school before. He narrowed his eyes at me."She ruined a very expensive shirt so she needs to be punished for it," he responded, his green eyes lit with hate and anger. "So?! You probably have a million other shirts just like it. You spoiled rich boys have no respect for others. You think you're better than everyone else. Well, let me tell you, you are the worst of the worst." I said. I couldn't believe what I had just said. I realized I had given myself a death sentence as the words flew out my mouth. Duke was quiet for a few moments then he finally replied. "You better watch what you say girly," he said as he brushed past my shoulder. His two buddies following him from behind. I couldn't believe what I just did. It felt so invigorating. I felt as though I had an adrenalin rush. I knew that this feeling would not last for long though because I just gave the H3 a new target. Rosette was able to go to this school because she received a scholarship however, the school is run by three rich boys named the H3 (Handsome three). They go around just bullying everybody and anybody who makes them mad. What is worse is when a person is targeted at the school the whole school bully's them as well. One day Rosette decided it was enough and confronted Duke, the leader of the H3. After that, her whole life began to change.

Then she turned uncertain and stared at me in question. "Cole, I am offering you a clean way out, you know that," she stated very articulately, she sounded like she was scolding me, "take it and let's remember this when it was good." "I don't care, Jules." I said walking toward her, "with you, there is no deal breaker, whether you blow me off to study, which you do quite a lot by the way," she chuckled and I swooped in gathering her in my arms feeling every curve the way I liked. "Or fall asleep talking to me on the phone," I placed a kiss on her nose and her blush rose higher, "There is no deal breaker with you,"

... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!

It was hard for Raven living with Marco who didn't want her in his house after her cousin get locked up. What happens between Raven and Marco? Plot twist, drama, crime, drugs...
