I decided to make a book on all the Power and Conflict poems for the English GCSE exams. NOTE: This book's analyses are very long and wordy due to much information from different sources. Although they are segmented, some may not find too much comfortable, so I've linked main the main resources I've gotten and have attached video analyses from mrbruff, a youtuber known for analyses. Sources are from multiple websites (e.g. BBC.com, madameanglaise.wordpress.com, poemanalysis.com, shmoop.com), which I have combined to make the ultimate revision book pretty much, so please don't get angry at me for copying. Is the clown the fool of the story, or are you? After all, the clown knows it's an act, but the audience is so lost in it that they tend to forget. Alfred had lived a long life. He'd learned a lot in it. That England was easy to gaslight if you knew what you were doing. France would back away from any show of force. Germany could ignore a bumbling idiot even as the evidence piled up just because he wasn't very good with people. Poland saw everything and read people like a book. Prussia would keep his mouth shut if you gave him enough liquor or made him obedient. Russia would turn a blind eye if you turned one to him. China never trusted anyone even if there was evidence of the contrary. His mother's revenge would play out, and it would make him the happiest man in the world. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hetalia:Axis Powers. No ships in this book! If there is it's in the past! Mostly sibling bonding. America can shapeshift and is non-binary (he/him female titles).

But then he is sent to the front line at the Somme to be a stretcher bearer for the British army. It is there that he discovers the true nightmare of World War One, and how the greatest courage was shown in the bloodiest battle Britain has ever seen.

A selected bundle of nations is gathered after a mysterious letter involving America shows up at their door. Once they all arrived a light freezes time and they become trapped inside the frozen limbo they entered. On the table appears a book labeled "Alfred's Secrets" which naturally piqued their interest. What will they do? 18+ themes Trigger warnings will be applied to certain chapters (Honestly just running with the "diary" trope, just being more creative with it)

After WW2 Germany is seen as a monster. Because of him, Prussia was dissolved and is forced to live with Russia. Because of him, millions died and many countries especially Israel, France, and Poland don't want to be around him. Because of him, the Berlin Wall went up. The guilt and darkness are consuming him. America takes him in though and little by little he learns..... The past already happened and nothing can change that. But he can still do something about future. By changing the present. In an attempt to get the two bickering countries to get along, Alfred and Ivan must spend one month together in one of Alfreds homes. In a house set back into the woods, these two countries are going to grow closer together and learn more about eachother then anyone else has before. Even a few things that they never wanted the other to find out. *Warning* Depressed America. Suicidal thoughts. Suicide attempt. Vulgar language. Maybe smut? We'll have to see where this goes.

These white pages are for me to write my story" --- x --- x---- Two young hearts in love. The propaganda that questioned humanity. A war that divided the world. The pages of history that sullied the soil. A tale was spun when Germany entered a new era with Adolf Hitler. With that tale happened the forbidden story of two young Germans in love, an Aryan and a Jew. As the world was thrown into the chaos of the Second World War and the Holocaust, new horrors unfolded in the peaceful lives of the young lovers. Death and despair that was tested with the strength of a smile or two.

Many things fall. Such as heros. All heros eventually fall. Some because of a villian. But America? No, this hero was falling to something else. Something worst. Something more painful. He was falling to those he thought we're his friends and family. ----------------------------------------------------------------- You would think that he was one of the happiest people you would ever know. But that's a lie. America- no- Alfred was hurting. He was taking one to many hits. The pain was getting out of control. Everything was spiraling downwards.
