Emerald will do just about anything to get away from her home town- even move to a different country to study abroad. In a new country and completely out of her depths Emerald needs to find a place to stay and fast. The dorms at Oxford were so far out of her already broken price range, so when she finds a flier advertising someone who needs a roommate she does not hesitate to take the flier and run to her hotel room. Gaining the courage to call the person and get details on sharing a flat was not the problem, the problem was who picked up the phone.
Harry styles is just now coming home from touring for 5 years with the people he grew to love when he realizes how much empty space he has in his much to big house. Despite the protests from his family and his manager, he decides to ask a friend to put up a flier at his university to see if anyone needed a roommate. When he agreed to share a house with Emerald he did not plan to fall hopelessly in love with her, but then again nothing ever goes as planned.
