Choices shape one's own fate. Can you handle the guilt when you made a wrong one? Especially when it kills someone? Daniel was trapped inside a suspicious facility he's never been to, the Fenix Corporation. Rumor has it that one shouldn't mess around with that company, as they hide lots of dark things. The building catches on fire and he finds 4 other people to help him escape, but he also finds himself in a dilemma because he could choose only one person to save and let the rest of the others to die in his situation. By thinking who was the culprit behind the fire and who would be his allies, Daniel's guilt takes over his mind. As he and his companion whom he chose to save tries to escape the burning facility, they found something in the corporation that would change their lives, FOREVER. Whom did Daniel choose to save? Did he make the right choice? How will he discover the deep, dark secrets of Fenix Corporation, as well as the 4 other people's true identities? Based on a popular Kongregate game "no-one has to die." by the developer StuStutheBloo.

Charles inserts himself into a dating simulator where the main love interest commits suicide. His main objective is to stop the main character from dying, but he continuously fails at this. He starts doing more drastic things as he resets his game save file repeatedly, but the world cannot handle all the tampering he has done. It's only a matter of time before the code itself fails to continue. TW: Suicide, dark themes, heartbreak, and general sadness. Metanote: Suicide, suicidal thoughts, and the lack of consideration for suicide (usually by people joking about it) has been detrimental in my life, and it's taken away a lot of the spirit in me. This story is not meant to glorify suicide, but rather, to show the constant pain that it can leave people with. I am not saying that those who committed suicide are somehow "evil," but I am saying that there are real-world consequences for those who are left behind. Once you see Charles's story, you will understand what I mean.
