Merida DunBroch, a high school drop-out and her A+ girlfriend Elsa Arendelle decide to take a weekend vacation out in the mountains during their winter break after graduating. 

Their friend Hiccup, Elsa's boarding school roommate and son of the owner of the mountain lodge resort, has managed to sneak them a key for the most luxurious cabin suite. 

But Elsa suddenly disappears the next morning and blood is splattered on the floor. Her body is found under the floorboards of the cabin. There are no traces of the murderer and Merida has been left unharmed. This has remained a cold case. The suite is on lockdown. 

A week later, Merida goes for a drink with Jack at the summit bar.
