The Runaway
Anne is a couple months away from turning eighteen and is always left alone, since her mom and her mom's boyfriend are always gone on mostly business. She's used to it by now and mainly keeps to herself, ever since she was bullied too severe for a few years that caused her to go into a deep depression state to where she felt helpless. Eventually, her mother let her do home school. Her so called friends either moved away or for some unknown reason had abandoned her and joined the 'bully' squad and made her feel alone. She's never had a boyfriend and now that she had finished school, despite the deal she made with her mom, she feels she needs to leave the small town and get away from everybody. So she takes out every cent from her bank account and leaves on a bus to wherever it will take her to then once at the last stop, she'll decide what to do from there. Little does she know that before she gets a chance to even message her mother that she is alright, she unexpectedly gets caught in the middle of a dangerous encounter and gets hurt while trying to escape, causing her to blackout. Next morning when she wakes up, she finds out she's in the house of the same guy that was part of the fight. Fearful of her life, she soon realizes that she has no choice but to stay there at the house until his boss figures out what to do with her. Johnny's a 25 year old, fearful Mafia Boss who doesn't care who you are. If you get in his way, you will pay for it and if you cross him, that will be the last thing you ever do. He is ruthless and has little to no patience for anyone. Sympathy and pity does not run through his veins. You'll never see him smile even. Love doesn't exist in his world and he always shoots straight from the hip. So when he ends up finding out he has a new guest that was brought to his home out of pity, he becomes infuriated and outraged and must decide quickly how he wants to handle the situation. Camryn has always been bullied. Not just at school but in her own home also by her stepfather. Ever since her father passed when she was five years old, a couple years later, her mother got remarried and he saved her family financially. Any time she had ever told her mom about the abuse, she would tell her to suck it up. So she kept quiet and started eating her feelings hoping also that if she became big, he wouldn't hurt her as much. Rodster is the biggest badboy in town whosd parents both died a couple years apart from whe. he was little and his grandmother that had taken care of him up until recently she died, he has been taking care of himself for years and happens to not believe in love or caring too much about anyone but himself. Then the new girl walks into school and right away, holds up his reputation and starts to pick on her until one night, he see's something he can not UNSEE. Now, he needs to hurry and make a decision of what is more important......His reputation or being a decent human being......
