Youngest undercover agent, [Y/n] [L/n] was sent to Kunugigaoka Junior High to resume school as an average teenage girl and enjoy her childhood but with the sudden disappearance of 70% of the moon, she was forced back to active duty and work besides Tadaomi Karasuma from Japan's Ministry of Defense to supervise and kill a mysterious octopus-like creature that supposedly can move at a speed of Mach 20. 

The sake of the Earth was in the hands of a class of junior high students. Killing the octopus sensei was hard, but trying to suppress the feeling the boys had grew for the undercover agent was harder. This was supposed to be an assassination classroom, not a fight for her love!

In an odd journey of guns, knives, pudding, and this strange emotion called love revolving around the almost perfect girl name [Y/n] who's only flaw is the density in love, the sake of Earth isn't important anymore. The top priority is who can win the heart of [Y/n].
