When I was little it used to piss me off how all the fairy tales had happy endings and the main character never died. I always wanted them to die and I got mad when they would survive. I had no idea why it just did. Now I know. I think I knew deep down that there was no such thing as happy endings and I wanted to watch or read something that was realistic.
This is a book of short stories all based on events that have happened in my life that I have added onto to prevent them from being exact recounts of my life.

The Ghost In the Cabin
A/N: Just a forewarning, but a lot of this was written when I was in Elementary School and just continued on from there so it might not be great. I just thought I would share it and get opinions before I would finish it and publish it as a novel. Also I know this description sucks but its the best one I can think to write at the moment. This novel is all about the adventures Emily and her friends go on, from finding dead bodies to finding their-selves. Also there are mysteries they solve as well as some injuries and hospital visits. "Fuck." He whispers into my neck, sending a thrill of excitement through my body. His lips still smothered kisses over my neck and his hands roamed my body, starting at my chest, going down to my stomach. Caressing my soft skin, his thumb trailed circles on my groin before slightly slipping into the waistband of my jeans. My breath catches in my throat as I pull at the hoodie that covered his chiselled body. Understanding, Jacob pulls it off in one swift movement before attaching his lips back on my neck. Sucking and biting it before flicking his tongue over the sore spot. A quiet moan leaves my mouth and I clasp my hand over it, denying any noise to escape. Hi there, how are you? I hope you're okay. Like the title says, this book is made of pieces of me, sort of like a diary. Each chapter has its topic, message and feeling. I write it as my life goes on, pouring my heart out, mentioning a lot of the past and situations I haven't overcome, voicing my struggles, wins and losses, lessons and pain. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Suicidal
This is the story of an abused teenage girl, Maddie. Her need to die has become overwhelming and she is trying to find a way to help herself before she does something she may regret. The story is told from her point of view as she recalls all that has happened to her. Maybe telling her story will help her, maybe not. This isn't just any other sob story. This is more realistic. You may even find yourself comparing your life to Maddie's while reading this story. Disclosure: I wrote this as a 13-year-old and the writing is definitely not up to my current standards, but I feel as though changing what I have already written would take away from the emotion I put into this story at 13 years old.
