Promises Kept

Joey's plans are coming closer and closer to becoming reality. His enemies are somehow getting info about his ideas. They mean to kill him, and they don't want his plans to mature any further before they do. With the threat of the newfound enemies, the Cthulians, and the American government breathing down his neck, Joey is understandably stressed out, and preoccupied. He's hardly prepared for an attack.
